After some careless play in the Jenipapo SC defense, Menelaos Evaggellou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Seaman. The Jenipapo SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Seaman should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Aníbal Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel de Brito was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Aníbal Alagoano scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel de Brito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Seaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien Vercalsteren in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute Roman Quilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Seaman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucien Vercalsteren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jenipapo SC's David Seaman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Quilo in the 27th minute of play. Raphael Cunha took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel de Brito. Abel de Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 37th match minute, C.R. KRAKER 81 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dong Yang Yu to maneuver through the defense. Raphael Cunha scored 5-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel de Brito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abel de Brito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raphael Cunha went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aníbal Alagoano to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of C.R. KRAKER 81 booed when Jenipapo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Carlos Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute Lucien Vercalsteren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Seaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien Vercalsteren in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Raphael Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel de Brito was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 62nd minute of play forced C.R. KRAKER 81's goalkeeper Abel de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Seaman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Quilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Seaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the game, C.R. KRAKER 81's Roman Quilo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Seaman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. If Raphael Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Menelaos Evaggellou received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Seaman came out and tried to block the shot, but Menelaos Evaggellou slotted it home off the left post making it 7-3 in the 76th minute. Abel de Brito came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Jenipapo SC's Raphael Cunha. But to his dismay, Raphael Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-3. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, David Seaman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 89 minutes of play, Jenipapo SC's Vinicio Junior made it 9-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel de Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there!
