The audience was convinced that Ali Hamza Hanefi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastião Xoxe was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Pogoń Szczecin's zone, Marian Sobania stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastião Xoxe came out of the goal and Marian Sobania tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastião Xoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Sobania in the 29th minute of play. Sebastião Xoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacy Dunajski in the 33rd minute of the match. Christian Abbiati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Major, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Abbiati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Major's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 44th minute Norbert Major shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Abbiati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Hamza Hanefi made a kick off. Ali Hamza Hanefi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacy Dunajski in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes in the game Wojciech Ikalewicz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ignacy Dunajski. 67 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Sebastião Xoxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kürşat Başok. KANONIERZY's Ali Hamza Hanefi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 67th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Sebastião Xoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Hamza Hanefi in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of KANONIERZY booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Donzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe got control of the ball when Kürşat Başok tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pogoń Szczecin succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though KANONIERZY had controlled the match.
