The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Florentino Berasko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Mías Khalifa made a huge save. After 31 minutes, Boleslaw Sidorowicz made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mías Khalifa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florentino Berasko in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romain Berrewouts in the 38th minute of play forced ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goalkeeper Xie Bang Ang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florentino Berasko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Mías Khalifa made a huge save. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Simbo FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when ARedonditos de Ricota CFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Gonzales didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Michael Dalberg got a free kick in the 44th minute. When Sabri Ravelli came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Simbo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabri Ravelli couldn't finish the play. Xie Bang Ang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romain Berrewouts to make the kick off. Mías Khalifa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Romain Berrewouts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK made a substitution. Robert Haegg replaced Florentino Berasko. Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo was substituted for Romain Berrewouts. Mías Khalifa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Haegg went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Simbo FC's Niceto Nafarroa was substituted for Boleslaw Sidorowicz. Guaberto Matro might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mías Khalifa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Matro ran back to his position shaking his head. Xie Bang Ang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tincho Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Robert Haegg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mías Khalifa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the ARedonditos de Ricota CFK defense, Tincho Palermo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xie Bang Ang. The ARedonditos de Ricota CFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xie Bang Ang should have stopped the shot. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Haegg in the 88th minute of the match. Mías Khalifa came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Robert Haegg. But to his dismay, Robert Haegg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3.
