Radamel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daan Wegman in the 20th minute of the match. Unai Sócrates fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Sousa having to interfere. The supporters of Fauna Utd booed when Decathlon Dudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Vingegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Unai Sócrates left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fauna Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Portugal in the 60th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper César Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
