David Wilmink's late challenge caught a SV Balverliefd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The wind increased when Steven Homan made the kick off in the second half. Mitchel Dijkstra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Homan in the 52nd minute of the match. Mitchel Dijkstra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix van As, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute of the match SV Balverliefd got a corner. Fc Benefica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felix van As ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on SV Balverliefd's corner Felix van As fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mitchel Dijkstra quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to SV Balverliefd getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Virgil Lindelöf hit a great ball. After 75 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Virgil Lindelöf. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Soares in the 77th minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Yorrick Zoethout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mitchel Dijkstra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix van As in the 81st minute of play. Leandro Soares might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yorrick Zoethout. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Soares ran back to his position shaking his head. Leandro Soares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Yorrick Zoethout made a huge save.
