If Ramzi Drouart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout got control of the ball when Ramzi Drouart tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Steven Homan in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Söderström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramzi Drouart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Yorrick Zoethout made a huge save. In the 33rd minute Haithabu FC were awarded a corner. Conrad Vrolijcx went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Conrad Vrolijcx got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yorrick Zoethout quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lisandro Heerckes got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Steven Homan. Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Homan in the 43rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramzi Drouart got free with Yorrick Zoethout in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

53 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Ramzi Drouart came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Blomquist hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Simon Blomquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Conrad Vrolijcx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Ramzi Drouart left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Haithabu FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Torres in the 95th minute of the match.
