The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arian Beqaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben de Wolf in the 6th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vahdet Ulumeriç couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goalkeeper Hans-Joachim Amerhauser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vahdet Ulumeriç. 21 minutes into the match, Fang Bin Tian notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Beek City's Arian Beqaj. Arian Beqaj was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vahdet Ulumeriç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a huge save. When Vahdet Ulumeriç came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Beek City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vahdet Ulumeriç couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute Vahdet Ulumeriç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Ciolofan in the 31st minute of play forced Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vahdet Ulumeriç in the 32nd minute. Arian Beqaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fang Bin Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After the first half Forza Heppenbach were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Stephan Appiah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Arian Beqaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Botello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stephan Appiah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arian Beqaj having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Forza Heppenbach had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
