Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Adrian Costandin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Verwachting's Vincent Koekkoek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Herbert Hilhorst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Quinteros in the 6th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Verwachting's zone, Adrià Vassaras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Hilhorst came out of the goal and Adrià Vassaras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Ignacio Quinteros made a precise shot to the right of Herbert Hilhorst. Verwachting's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Verwachting's Herbert Hilhorst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Quinteros in the 18th minute of play. Jerome Ngake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriaan Kuypers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruud Geels kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Herbert Hilhorst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Verwachting's Herbert Hilhorst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Quinteros in the 31st minute of play. Ignacio Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FC Draconia getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Amaury Van den Berge hit a great ball. Herbert Hilhorst didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Quinteros went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Walter Bernaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Ruud Geels made a precise shot to the right of Jerome Ngake. FC Draconia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The Verwachting players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Draconia were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Twan Hesseling was the one to do the kick off. Jerome Ngake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christijan Schreuder, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 57th match minute, FC Draconia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benny Van der Poorten to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Quinteros in the 60th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Herbert Hilhorst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Adriaan Kuypers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verwachting fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. FC Draconia made a substitution. Joaquin Lekubegi replaced Benny Van der Poorten. Vincent Koekkoek got a throw-in 69 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Huib Staarman. Herbert Hilhorst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregoire Decorte in the 70th minute of play. Gregoire Decorte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Hilhorst having to interfere. Huib Staarman got a throw-in 75 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Twan Hesseling. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Gregoire Decorte managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Draconia's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregoire Decorte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herbert Hilhorst breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruud Geels took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerome Ngake. Jerome Ngake dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. If Gregoire Decorte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Verwachting's Herbert Hilhorst got control of the ball when Gregoire Decorte tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Huib Staarman in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Draconia's Walter Bernaerts. Verwachting's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
