Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fang Bin Tian kicked off to start the match. If Fang Bin Tian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fang Bin Tian got free with Herbert Hilhorst in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Deitmers, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Kristen Van Den Eijnde recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Herbert Hilhorst. Kristen Van Den Eijnde showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 32nd minute Ruud Geels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Forza Heppenbach booed when Verwachting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruud Geels didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Hilhorst made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fang Bin Tian in the 39th minute. When Leendert Dekker fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verwachting's protests and gave Leendert Dekker a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Verwachting getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Leendert Dekker hit a great ball. Ruben de Wolf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Twan Hesseling was the one to do the kick off. Verwachting's Herbert Hilhorst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fang Bin Tian in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruud Geels got free with Hans-Joachim Amerhauser in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Herbert Hilhorst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Ciolofan in the 70th minute of play. Herbert Hilhorst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fang Bin Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Herbert Hilhorst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephan Appiah in the 78th minute of the match. Fang Bin Tian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th match minute, Forza Heppenbach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristen Van Den Eijnde to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Primitivo Taner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christijan Schreuder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herbert Hilhorst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben de Wolf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Forza Heppenbach had won after a very even match.
