The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sylvan Tombeurs during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pezerik getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Sylvan Tombeurs hit a great ball. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Vanderhaege in the 4th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Loid De Keuster cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jacob Vrancx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frans Van Caubergen kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Pezerik's Gustaaf Van Dyck got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Rogério Paiva got a free kick in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Van Dyck came free, but Waud De Geyter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Silver Squad AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Frans Van Caubergen hit a great ball. Waud De Geyter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Van Dyck in the 24th minute of the match. Jacob Vrancx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Loid De Keuster in the 29th minute. Jacob Vrancx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Radzyminski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silver Squad AFC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Pezerik's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henrik Ooms took the corner. The corner ended in Henrik Ooms almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pezerik's Jacob Vrancx did a great save. Gustaaf Van Dyck struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Waud De Geyter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pezerik. 42 minutes into the match, Pezerik's goalkeeper Jacob Vrancx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loid De Keuster. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Carberry to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Pezerik's goal looked a bit too open when Loid De Keuster came free, but Jacob Vrancx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacob Vrancx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Radzyminski in the 55th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Pezerik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apostolis Lagidis to maneuver through the defense. Henrik Ooms struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Jacob Vrancx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silver Squad AFC. In the 66th minute Gustaaf Van Dyck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waud De Geyter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Silver Squad AFC's Benjamin Carberry made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacob Vrancx was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71st minute, Apostolis Lagidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pezerik's Wart Goegebeur was substituted for Fred Vanderhaege. Apostolis Lagidis kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 77th minute Izydor Czysta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Vrancx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 81st minute of play forced Pezerik's goalkeeper Jacob Vrancx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pezerik's Jacob Vrancx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loid De Keuster in the 88th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Damazy Radzyminski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silver Squad AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damazy Radzyminski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guillaume Van Bever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
