The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dwight Schrute took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Tilens. Freddy Tilens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 9th minute of the match, William Huijghens got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dwight Schrute in the 11th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Freddy Tilens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Tilens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Zalm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hendrik-Jan Krommert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Davus in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, Flashdynamica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dwight Schrute to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes Flashdynamica got a freekick which was hit by Xavi Simons. 27 minutes into the match, Flashdynamica's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro da Fonseca came free, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that 林林光's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Freddy Tilens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koen Poels in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Flashdynamica booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shaun McLae didn't get a good kick on the ball. Koen Poels succeeded in the game's 45th minute to get real power on a long shot . KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-2! After 47 played minutes Flashdynamica got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Veldkamp. In the 48th minute of the match 林振岚 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Axel Davus made the kick off in the second half. Hendrik-Jan Krommert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Huijghens in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Davus in the 54th minute of play forced Flashdynamica's goalkeeper Hendrik-Jan Krommert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes Flashdynamica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 林振岚 who took care of the corner kick. Hendrik-Jan Krommert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Huijghens, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Huijghens in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hendrik-Jan Krommert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hendrik-Jan Krommert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Davus in the 62nd minute of play. Freddy Tilens was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Barry Zalm capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Barry Zalm really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Hendrik-Jan Krommert came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Paal-Tervant's Axel Davus. But to his dismay, Axel Davus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 78 minutes into the game, Tommie Meyer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flashdynamica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Paal-Tervant the free kick. The supporters of KFC Paal-Tervant booed when Flashdynamica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommie Meyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Flashdynamica's Tommie Meyer got a free kick in the 79th minute. Hendrik-Jan Krommert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leandro da Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's 李卫竞 got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, 李卫竞 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Carel Kolman came free, but Freddy Tilens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. William Huijghens might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hendrik-Jan Krommert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. William Huijghens ran back to his position shaking his head.
