The Twelfth Raven
Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicu Vornicu started the match with the kick off. Roland Vanden Broucke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reiner Fallas in the 5th minute of play. Tibor Van Bever succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 8th playminute. Waut Van Der Meeren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinard Hennes in the 15th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Anversa Club's goal looked a bit too open when Reinard Hennes came free, but Waut Van Der Meeren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reinard Hennes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 22nd playminute. The audience was convinced that Nicu Vornicu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Vanden Broucke was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 28th minute Twelve Ravens were awarded a corner. Lennart De Coster went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Lennart De Coster got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Waut Van Der Meeren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 32 minutes into the match, Reinard Hennes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waut Van Der Meeren. Anversa Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reinard Hennes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Waut Van Der Meeren came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Twelve Ravens's Reinard Hennes. But to his dismay, Reinard Hennes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Waut Van Der Meeren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinard Hennes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Twelve Ravens getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pierre Van Hinnendael hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Nicu Vornicu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Vanden Broucke was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After having played for 47 minutes, Reinard Hennes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twelve Ravens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinard Hennes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Roland Vanden Broucke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reiner Fallas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waut Van Der Meeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinard Hennes in the 58th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Anversa Club's Roland Vanden Broucke threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Winarto Songgonau, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 62nd minute Reinard Hennes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Van Der Meeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Twelve Ravens's Roland Vanden Broucke got control of the ball when Nicu Vornicu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Twelve Ravens's Bjorn Van de Weijer was substituted for Reinard Hennes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Vornicu in the 72nd minute of play forced Twelve Ravens's goalkeeper Roland Vanden Broucke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, Twelve Ravens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pietro Turrieta to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Twelve Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Winarto Songgonau came free, but Roland Vanden Broucke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Twelve Ravens's Leo Verstappen got a free kick in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Anversa Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bjorn Van de Weijer came free, but Waut Van Der Meeren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waut Van Der Meeren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bjorn Van de Weijer, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Bjorn Van de Weijer struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Waut Van Der Meeren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Twelve Ravens. In the 85th minute, Jesús De la Torre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anversa Club's Waut Van Der Meeren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bjorn Van de Weijer in the 86th minute of play. Nicu Vornicu scored 4-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roland Vanden Broucke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Twelve Ravens support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
