The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mustafa Hakan Dağhan came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Hamburger SV's Virgiliu Doroftei. But to his dismay, Virgiliu Doroftei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Hamburger SV's 叶德光 got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute of the match, 倪南铮 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gerard Swee saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 王桦棋 in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerard Swee prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 13 minutes, Virgiliu Doroftei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hamburger SV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgiliu Doroftei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Hamburger SV booed when R.獨狼.足球俱樂部 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. 邱德昆 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Hamburger SV's Virgiliu Doroftei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Hakan Dağhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Mustafa Hakan Dağhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yang Wen's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The wind increased when Virgiliu Doroftei made the kick off in the second half. When 叶德光 came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Hamburger SV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 叶德光 couldn't finish the play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luisão da Rocha might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerard Swee. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luisão da Rocha ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute, Kléber Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgiliu Doroftei in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Hakan Dağhan saved R.獨狼.足球俱樂部 from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, Hamburger SV's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão da Rocha came free, but Gerard Swee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléber Tavares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerard Swee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Hamburger SV's Gerard Swee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisão da Rocha in the 84th minute of play. Kléber Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Luisão da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. The Hamburger SV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerard Swee should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Luisão da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. R.獨狼.足球俱樂部's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisão da Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerard Swee breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hamburger SV players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
