Saivis Rentovics showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Antoni Dawiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 高星庭 in the 16th minute of play. If Cyryl Banan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antoni Dawiec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobis Joey in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 马军岚 in the 25th minute of play forced Arsenal FC's goalkeeper 楚笑霖 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
