Pedrão Pereira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fábio Pinheiro having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Pedrão Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fábio Pinheiro was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedrão Pereira was the one to do the kick off. Júnior Quintana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Flávio de Azevedo made a huge save. Flávio de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Travassos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute of the match Gremio NG got a corner. Landulfos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raimundo Travassos ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Sandrinho Gaspar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flávio de Azevedo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet as Gremio NG's Raimundo Travassos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flávio de Azevedo. That made the score 4-1 after 67 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Andrea Napoleone sped through Gremio NG's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fábio Pinheiro. In the 74th minute Andrea Napoleone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82nd play minutes Pedrão Pereira shot 6-1, a short shot which went by Fábio Pinheiro and just under the crossbar into goal. Andrea Napoleone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fábio Pinheiro having to make a save. There was no doubt that Landulfos FC were the better team. Landulfos FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
