Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jardel Velloso made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Caatiba MZC booed when Bene Animatus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luís Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló got control of the ball when Niceto Ihazintu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niceto Ihazintu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Henrique made a great header on Caatiba MZC's corner, it was just that Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 17th minute of the match Caatiba MZC got a corner. Bene Animatus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Henrique ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Caatiba MZC's corner Jorge Henrique fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juvenal Talló quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niceto Ihazintu got free with Juvenal Talló in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Caatiba MZC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jorge Henrique hit a great ball. Juvenal Talló made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Niceto Ihazintu sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the game, Niceto Ihazintu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juvenal Talló. Niceto Ihazintu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Juvenal Talló made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niceto Ihazintu. After 41 played minutes Bene Animatus got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luís Prata. Juvenal Talló made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Ihazintu in the 44th minute of play. Juvenal Talló came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Caatiba MZC's Niceto Ihazintu. But to his dismay, Niceto Ihazintu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niceto Ihazintu to strike the kick off in the second half. Jardel Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ergo Muro having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, Caatiba MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Ihazintu to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Ihazintu might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juvenal Talló. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niceto Ihazintu ran back to his position shaking his head. Juvenal Talló made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Ihazintu in the 55th minute of play. Niceto Ihazintu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juvenal Talló read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Caatiba MZC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Henrique. It was beautiful to see Bene Animatus's Sílvio Luís Prata in action when he in the 59th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Ergo Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Bene Animatus defense, Niceto Ihazintu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juvenal Talló. The Bene Animatus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juvenal Talló should have stopped the shot. Ergo Muro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Velloso in the 81st minute of the match. Juvenal Talló came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Caatiba MZC's Niceto Ihazintu. But to his dismay, Niceto Ihazintu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Ergo Muro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Fonseca in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bene Animatus players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caatiba MZC.
