Mestre GG's Álvaro Paraíba couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for A.D Leônico. In the 7th minute of the match, Boguslaw Makarewicz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but André Luiz de Barros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Remigiusz Paciuszko came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D Leônico's Vatan Kambay. But to his dismay, Vatan Kambay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. André Luiz de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boguslaw Makarewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Mendes in the 13th minute of play forced Mestre GG's goalkeeper Remigiusz Paciuszko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute A.D Leônico were awarded a corner. Andriy Shevchenko went to the cornerflag to take it. Frederico Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Remigiusz Paciuszko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, A.D Leônico's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Makarewicz came free, but André Luiz de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remigiusz Paciuszko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the game, one of A.D Leônico:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Álvaro Paraíba shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A collision led to A.D Leônico getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Olavo Pontes hit a great ball. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.D Leônico's goalkeeper André Luiz de Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th match minute, A.D Leônico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Donato to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benson Beverley got free with André Luiz de Barros in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Nilton Brito in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by A.D Leônico's Nando Cearense. After a rather tough play, Mestre GG's Nilton Brito got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Andriy Shevchenko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Remigiusz Paciuszko. Mestre GG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Álvaro Paraíba fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mestre GG's protests and gave Álvaro Paraíba a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th match minute, Mestre GG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. The Mestre GG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Boguslaw Makarewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Remigiusz Paciuszko managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when A.D Leônico's Vatan Kambay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Matías Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, A.D Leônico's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Paraíba came free, but André Luiz de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Benson Beverley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luiz de Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
