The Berserkers FC Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Gabrio should have stopped the shot. Ramiro Gabrio made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Frits van Gaal sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes in the game, Frits van Gaal dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Juan-Ramón Verón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vassilis Nentakis. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan-Ramón Verón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan-Ramón Verón in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vassilis Nentakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Ramiro Gabrio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 21st minute Ştefan Magheran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Gabrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iosif Budulea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Vassilis Nentakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Gabrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Magheran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Berserkers FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Magheran came free, but Ramiro Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frits van Gaal got free with Ramiro Gabrio in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Berserkers FC Ψ's Ramiro Gabrio got control of the ball when Frits van Gaal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vassilis Nentakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Ramón Verón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan-Ramón Verón to make the kick off. Berserkers FC Ψ made a substitution. Olliver Van Meirhaeghe replaced Melchor Garoa. 70 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Luis Vasquez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramiro Gabrio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd minute Luis Vasquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Gabrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Gabrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Vasquez in the 75th minute of play. Luis Vasquez struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ramiro Gabrio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E. Pindorama Eagles. Klas Billström made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Vasquez immediately put the ball in play. After 87 minutes of play, Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan Ignacio Circelli made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vassilis Nentakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vassilis Nentakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Ignacio Circelli in the 91st minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Berserkers FC Ψ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
