C.A.Independiente's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gavril Bosioc in the 21st minute. The corner ended in Øyvind Rovik almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 20 de Março FC's Robinho de Sena did a great save. Cristo Basajaun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Robinho de Sena made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's Cristo Basajaun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robinho de Sena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute Joakim Nyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Macias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match, Heigo Luiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robinho de Sena saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Robinho de Sena made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Heigo Luiga sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to 20 de Março FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Edu de Castro hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Heigo Luiga to make the kick off. Robinho de Sena came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Independiente's Heigo Luiga. But to his dismay, Heigo Luiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Robinho de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heigo Luiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, 20 de Março FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Basajaun came free, but Robinho de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Independiente's zone, Edward Fenieux stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Macias came out of the goal and Edward Fenieux tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danial Benson in the 66th minute of play forced C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper Ciriaco Macias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 de Março FC's Robinho de Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Basajaun in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, 20 de Março FC's goal looked a bit too open when Heigo Luiga came free, but Robinho de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in 20 de Março FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! Robinho de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heigo Luiga in the 79th minute of the match. During the 82nd minute of the match Edu de Castro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Edu de Castro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, 20 de Março FC's Edu de Castro got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 85th match minute, 20 de Março FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edu de Castro to maneuver through the defense. Gavril Bosioc's late challenge caught a 20 de Março FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gavril Bosioc helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 played minutes C.A.Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Gavril Bosioc. Robinho de Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heigo Luiga in the 88th minute of play. C.A.Independiente's Heigo Luiga got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robinho de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heigo Luiga in the 93rd minute of the match. Cristo Basajaun scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robinho de Sena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. C.A.Independiente had won after a very even match.
