The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Jardel Velloso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Betão de Moraes. 20 de Março FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jardel Velloso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Danial Benson hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Jardel Velloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Betão de Moraes was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Luan Pena advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-2 in the 16th minute. A collision led to 20 de Março FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Danial Benson hit a great ball. Betão de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Jardel Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bene Animatus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jardel Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bene Animatus's Jardel Velloso in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 20 de Março FC's goalie prevented a goal. Betão de Moraes came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Bene Animatus's Jardel Velloso. But to his dismay, Jardel Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jardel Velloso in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão de Moraes saved 20 de Março FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Jardel Velloso sped through 20 de Março FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Betão de Moraes. If Jardel Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Bene Animatus were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafinha Fernandez to make the kick off. 20 de Março FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Jardel Velloso scored to the left of an out of position Betão de Moraes, making the score, 0-7. Betão de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jardel Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Betão de Moraes was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Luan Pena capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luan Pena really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. When Bene Animatus's Simon Hooker in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Betão de Moraes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 82 minutes into the match, 20 de Março FC's goalkeeper Betão de Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jardel Velloso. Jardel Velloso had several of the 20 de Março FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-11 score and a disappointed Betão de Moraes as he didn't even see the shot coming. Simon Hooker might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Betão de Moraes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simon Hooker ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute, Jardel Velloso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Betão de Moraes. The goal made the score 0-12. Betão de Moraes was a little too slow when Jardel Velloso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-13. Betão de Moraes stood somewhat misplaced when Simon Hooker came free in front of goal and shot 0-15 to the left of him in the 96 minute. When the final whistle sounded Bene Animatus left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 20 de Março FC.
