Bengt Bouchard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. BRASIL.Sp's Luís Guilherme Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Bouchard in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match FÊNIX F.C. got a corner. BRASIL.Sp's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marquinhos Teixeira ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FÊNIX F.C.'s Marquinhos Teixeira to fire away a dangerous shot which Luís Guilherme Marques despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 13th minute Eusébio Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Fetor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute of the match BRASIL.Sp got a corner. FÊNIX F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Durval Campidelis ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Durval Campidelis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Damian Fetor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 34th play minutes Fagondo Vasquez shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Damian Fetor and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt Bouchard in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Guilherme Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 45 minutes into the match, FÊNIX F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Fagondo Vasquez came free, but Damian Fetor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes of play, BRASIL.Sp's Elói Amaral made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Fetor was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fagondo Vasquez to make the kick off. With a little luck, FÊNIX F.C.'s Damian Fetor got control of the ball when Eusébio Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luís Guilherme Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Bouchard in the 55th minute of the match. Elói Amaral made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FÊNIX F.C.'s Jailson Favoretto. 65 minutes into the game, Eusébio Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BRASIL.Sp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FÊNIX F.C. the free kick. Eusébio Barros hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to BRASIL.Sp getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Eusébio Barros hit a great ball. FÊNIX F.C.'s Marcinho Arce was substituted for Oswaldo Vaz. Luís Guilherme Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Bouchard, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fagondo Vasquez got free with Damian Fetor in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 87 minutes, Jailson Favoretto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FÊNIX F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jailson Favoretto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damian Fetor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BRASIL.Sp players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FÊNIX F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
