Allan Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalle Billberg in the 2nd minute of the match. Jon-Egil Schjelderup kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. José Maria Goiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romário Barbosa in the 8th minute. In the 14th minute Romário Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeng Xu Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 42 minutes Poetass FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Percival Cruz who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Herbert Pankowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano did a great save.

The wind increased when 韩默克 made the kick off in the second half. If Zeng Xu Yuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela got control of the ball when Kalle Billberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 57 minutes Palestra do Interior's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jon-Egil Schjelderup who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Poetass FC's corner Jon-Egil Schjelderup fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Allan Varela quite easily take care of the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romário Barbosa came free, but José Maria Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Romário Barbosa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano. José Maria Goiano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. Vitório Lago replaced 韩默克. A collision led to Palestra do Interior getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Romário Barbosa hit a great ball. Zeng Xu Yuan scored 2-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Allan Varela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Allan Varela came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan. But to his dismay, Zeng Xu Yuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Romário Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 90th minute of play. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Barbosa in the 91st minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romário Barbosa couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
