In the 39th minute Thommy Maerschalks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thommy Maerschalks in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Emerson Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
