Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mitchell Godwin started the match with the kick off. ITAFUT 4EVER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jean-Paul Møffelmand in the 12th minute. The corner led ITAFUT 4EVER's Marquinhos Best to fire away a dangerous shot which Péter Pálffy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Péter Pálffy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th minute of the match ITAFUT 4EVER got a corner. Capivara FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jean-Paul Møffelmand ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on ITAFUT 4EVER's corner Jean-Paul Møffelmand fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Péter Pálffy quite easily take care of the ball. In the game's 16th minute ITAFUT 4EVER's Jean-Paul Møffelmand took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Péter Pálffy and thus the score was 0-1. Péter Pálffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Bergdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Capivara FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jean-Paul Møffelmand was slow to take the kick. During this time ITAFUT 4EVER's players had a chance to rest. Péter Pálffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Barycz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Barycz came free, but Péter Pálffy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Godwin in the 30th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz got a free kick in the 37th minute. Mitchell Godwin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nilson Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Rico to maneuver through the defense. Malcolm Blue kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Capivara FC defense, Ryszard Barycz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Péter Pálffy. The Capivara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Péter Pálffy should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ryszard Barycz to make the kick off. Rodriguinho Linhares struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Péter Pálffy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ITAFUT 4EVER. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mitchell Godwin in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson Peres saved ITAFUT 4EVER from getting behind. Ryszard Barycz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Péter Pálffy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Mitchell Godwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Peres having to interfere. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio was substituted for Ryszard Barycz. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Boguslaw Tarasek replaced Evelio Rico. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boguslaw Tarasek got free with Péter Pálffy in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Péter Pálffy made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Boguslaw Tarasek sent off a good shot on target. Jardel Baggio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Péter Pálffy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Godwin in the 84th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doriva Tavares hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Péter Pálffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguinho Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguinho Linhares came free, but Péter Pálffy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Tarasek in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Neycho Mudrov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogumil Andrzejewski hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute, Boguslaw Tarasek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Péter Pálffy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The ITAFUT 4EVER supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ITAFUT 4EVER would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
