In the 37th minute, Igor Cavalera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ogro F.C. booed when Papunhas EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner ended in Thomas Lang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre did a great save. Marco Minnemann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Nazario Serre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Jerônimo Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match.
