Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudinei Xavier in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Péter Pálffy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Capivara FC booed when ALTHENTIC F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mila Gröhe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinícius Junior's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Elco Das took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Péter Pálffy. Péter Pálffy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With an all-out effort, Capivara FC's Mila Gröhe threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vinícius Junior, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 22 minutes ALTHENTIC F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zhang Chen who took care of the corner kick. Capivara FC's Zhang Chen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mila Gröhe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 27th minute, Claudinei Xavier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Péter Pálffy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 31 played minutes ALTHENTIC F.C got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Xavier. The audience was convinced that Vinícius Junior's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mila Gröhe was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Mila Gröhe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doriva Tavares in the 37th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinícius Junior stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Francisco Mota hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Capivara FC defense, Betão de Medeiros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Péter Pálffy. The Capivara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Péter Pálffy should have stopped the shot. Péter Pálffy made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Elco Das sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, ALTHENTIC F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Junior came free, but Mila Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Péter Pálffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elco Das in the 73rd minute of the match. Capivara FC's Manoel Garrincha was substituted for João Francisco Mota. After 75 minutes Capivara FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claudinei Xavier who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Claudinei Xavier got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Péter Pálffy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dominik Lanckneus took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mila Gröhe. Mila Gröhe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Péter Pálffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elco Das, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Capivara FC! Capivara FC:s Péter Pálffy showed great skill when he stopped Claudinei Xavier:s penalty. 94 minutes into the match, ALTHENTIC F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Neycho Mudrov came free, but Mila Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Capivara FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ALTHENTIC F.C's performance. The match ended with a win for ALTHENTIC F.C.
