The throw-in from Marcelinho Ramalho in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Vítor Vieira. Vítor Vieira might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Trigo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Vieira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 25th match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelinho Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Trigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horacio Sayveon's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Alexandre Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE were awarded a corner. Serginho Amorim went to the cornerflag to take it. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Galip Özbekkan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcelinho Ramalho in the 35 minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Sayveon was the one to do the kick off. Horacio Sayveon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Trigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nariman Mansourian in the 57th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho Eger in the 62nd minute of play forced Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juninho Eger in the 64th minute of the match. Alexandre Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nariman Mansourian in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Sayveon got free with Edgar Trigo in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexandre Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nariman Mansourian, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horacio Sayveon in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Horacio Sayveon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Trigo was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 83rd match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genílson Leite to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nariman Mansourian in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Paulo do Valle took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexandre Brasil.
