Berke Gümüşsoy was slow to take the kick. During this time AYAZAĞA FK's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Gökhan Keskin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cappadocia FC's Vural İğdemir did a great save. In the 10th minute of the match AYAZAĞA FK got a corner. Cappadocia FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Berke Gümüşsoy ran over to the corner to take the kick. Oğuzhan Er hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the game, AYAZAĞA FK's Berke Gümüşsoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vural İğdemir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some careless play in the Cappadocia FC defense, Muzafer Cannavaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vural İğdemir. The Cappadocia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vural İğdemir should have stopped the shot. Berke Gümüşsoy scored 0-4 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vural İğdemir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Cappadocia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Gümüşsoy came free, but Vural İğdemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adulfo Antunez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sinan Ersevim in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the Cappadocia FC defense, Berke Gümüşsoy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vural İğdemir. Vural İğdemir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Vural İğdemir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vural İğdemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berke Gümüşsoy in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Oğuzhan Er hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Berke Gümüşsoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AYAZAĞA FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berke Gümüşsoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 minutes of play, AYAZAĞA FK's Muzafer Cannavaro made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vural İğdemir was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half AYAZAĞA FK were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tayyar Ömür was the one to do the kick off. After 52nd play minutes Berke Gümüşsoy shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Vural İğdemir and just under the crossbar into goal. AYAZAĞA FK's Matteo Mata was substituted for Berke Gümüşsoy. Matteo Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cappadocia FC's Vural İğdemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matteo Mata in the 60th minute of play. Oğuzhan Er hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the game, AYAZAĞA FK's Matteo Mata nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matteo Mata in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vural İğdemir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vural İğdemir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matteo Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vural İğdemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atabek Makbul, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Ali Güralp Sekib lined in a short shot 0-10 behind a frustrated Vural İğdemir. In the 82nd minute, AYAZAĞA FK's Matteo Mata ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vural İğdemir. Vural İğdemir yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. After 87 minutes, Ali Güralp Sekib made it 0-13 with a short kick to the right side. Cappadocia FC's Vural İğdemir tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Güralp Sekib who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Vural İğdemir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 92 in the game by Ali Güralp Sekib from a close distance when the talented Vural İğdemir managed to make a qualified save. Cappadocia FC's players were relieved. The Cappadocia FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AYAZAĞA FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
