The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nicolas Salomon hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Furtado in the 11th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Baltasar Bertol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Asesinos Por Naturaleza and the GERLIROJO Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of GERLIROJO Ψ booed when Asesinos Por Naturaleza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Bertol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andres Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Ralondo in the 16th minute of play. Matias Ceandro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Jax's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. GERLIROJO Ψ were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicolas Salomon took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goalie and right to Isidro Larra. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Andres Lastur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Ralondo came free, but Andres Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-2 became the score in the 30th minute when Felipe Ralondo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Andres Lastur came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Felipe Ralondo. But to his dismay, Felipe Ralondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Martin Jax's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matias Ceandro was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After 43 played minutes Asesinos Por Naturaleza got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Eron. In the 44th match minute, GERLIROJO Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyryl Lichorobiec to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felipe Ralondo made a kick off. If Felipe Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute Martin Jax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Ceandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Ralondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Matias Ceandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Salomon in the 63rd minute of play. With a little luck, GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur got control of the ball when Rui Furtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Epifanio Ibañez replaced Martin Jax. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Eleuterio Benvido replaced Arnout Van den Wyngaert. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Francisco Illart was substituted for Esteve Nerio. The supporters of GERLIROJO Ψ booed when Asesinos Por Naturaleza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Tagliafico didn't get a good kick on the ball. GERLIROJO Ψ's Eleuterio Benvido got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beto Márcico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Lastur having to interfere. Epifanio Ibañez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Ceandro having to make a save. Matias Ceandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Ibañez, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. A collision led to Asesinos Por Naturaleza getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Baltasar Bertol hit a great ball. With a little luck, GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur got control of the ball when Beto Márcico tried to sneak it across the goal line. GERLIROJO Ψ were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eleuterio Benvido took the corner. GERLIROJO Ψ's Eleuterio Benvido was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matias Ceandro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Leon Maldonado made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lucas Eron. Matias Ceandro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Ibañez's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goalie and right to Aquilino Ihintza. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The Asesinos Por Naturaleza supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Asesinos Por Naturaleza would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
