Gilberto Nayely ran back to his position shaking his head. Constantin Potocianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Nayely, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gilberto Nayely came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Punk Fiction fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Nayely couldn't finish the play. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Marcial Iratze replaced Álvaro Prata. Mapovihesa FC's Raimundo Erramu was substituted for Usain Bolt. After some careless play in the Punk Fiction defense, Marcial Iratze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amado Jordão. The Punk Fiction fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amado Jordão should have stopped the shot. Oreste-Osmar Corbatta hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Amado Jordão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Wojno, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute.
