In the 13th minute Manuel Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armindo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jānis Blūms, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, KINGS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim de Barros came free, but Leal Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervásio Severiano got free with Leal Simões in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Valadão hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, KINGS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acun Mertkal to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álvaro Rezende in the 34th minute of play forced KINGS FC's goalkeeper Leal Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by KINGS FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Álvaro Rezende was slow to take the kick. During this time VB-Team's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gervásio Severiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leal Simões quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 38 minutes into the match, Joaquim de Barros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leal Simões, 1-1. 40 minutes into the match, KINGS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gervásio Severiano came free, but Leal Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by VB-Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cássio Calçada was slow to take the kick. During this time KINGS FC's players had a chance to rest. Armindo Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Calçada in the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim de Barros in the 57th minute of play forced KINGS FC's goalkeeper Leal Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Salgado made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Cássio Calçada sent off a good shot on target. Leal Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Caeiro in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 76thth minute of the game Traian Hăvârneanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KINGS FC's Leal Simões was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Armindo Salgado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cássio Calçada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Armindo Salgado firmly grabbed it by the left post. Yu Ke Hong's late challenge caught a KINGS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yu Ke Hong helped the player get up and apologised. Armindo Salgado was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Zoltán Tálas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zoltán Tálas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. After 97th play minutes Zoltán Tálas shot 1-6, a short shot which went by Armindo Salgado and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KINGS FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
