An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Sanocki in the 16th minute of play forced AD Oliveirense's goalkeeper Júlio César to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AD Oliveirense's Júlio César played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Sanocki in the 18th minute of play. Long Gang Sen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfréd Fenyvessy in the 20th minute of the match. Júlio César took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Sanocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugeniusz Sanocki in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio César prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After recieving a nice pass, FC Fura Balizas's Gusmão Benevides tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Eugeniusz Sanocki came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the FC Fura Balizas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugeniusz Sanocki couldn't finish the play. When Eugeniusz Sanocki fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Fura Balizas's protests and gave Eugeniusz Sanocki a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AD Oliveirense booed when FC Fura Balizas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Sanocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugeniusz Sanocki scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júlio César, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Fura Balizas's Long Gang Sen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save FC Fura Balizas from getting a goal against them. Eugeniusz Sanocki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio César having to make a save. Júlio César made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Sanocki in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind AD Oliveirense's goalkeeper Júlio César, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugeniusz Sanocki to make the kick off. Eugeniusz Sanocki succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 56th playminute. Eugeniusz Sanocki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio César read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Fura Balizas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
