In the 15th match minute, Bacardi Black Bats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão França to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute of the match Gentil Malheiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artur Brudzisz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by SEGAFREDO CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hermenegildo Rebelo was slow to take the kick. During this time Bacardi Black Bats's players had a chance to rest. Artur Brudzisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Homero Cerqueira in the 20th minute of play. Bacardi Black Bats were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after SEGAFREDO CF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hermenegildo Rebelo took the corner. After a rather tough play, Bacardi Black Bats's Wojciech Grunwalski got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Horaţiu Bacalbașa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Marius Søndenå made a huge save. In the 26th minute of the game Paulo Palma made a throw-in which Teodoro Águas played forward. After 28 minutes, Paulo Palma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SEGAFREDO CF and the Bacardi Black Bats players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, SEGAFREDO CF's Marius Søndenå got control of the ball when Horaţiu Bacalbașa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, SEGAFREDO CF's goalkeeper Marius Søndenå had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horaţiu Bacalbașa. The crowd rose to their feet as Bacardi Black Bats's Horaţiu Bacalbașa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marius Søndenå. That made the score 3-0 after 44 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raúl Cavalcante was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Horaţiu Bacalbașa sped through SEGAFREDO CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marius Søndenå. Bacardi Black Bats's Artur Brudzisz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raúl Cavalcante in the 59th minute of play. Artur Brudzisz made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Raúl Cavalcante sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Horaţiu Bacalbașa notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of SEGAFREDO CF's Marius Søndenå. Marius Søndenå was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bacardi Black Bats made a substitution. Alexandre Mourinho replaced Cristóvão França. Marius Søndenå made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Bacalbașa in the 71st minute of play. Bacardi Black Bats made a substitution. Cris Ronaldo replaced Yao Liang Ming. After 74 minutes SEGAFREDO CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hermenegildo Rebelo who took care of the corner kick. In the 80th minute Horaţiu Bacalbașa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Søndenå saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horaţiu Bacalbașa might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marius Søndenå. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Bacalbașa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute, Horaţiu Bacalbașa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marius Søndenå was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. When Bacardi Black Bats's Horaţiu Bacalbașa in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Bacalbașa ran back to his position shaking his head. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bacardi Black Bats had played much better football throughout.
