In the 14th minute, Azul Y Plomo's Tor Bern dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Tor Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azul Y Plomo's supporters rose to their feet, but Tor Bern was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benji Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tor Bern recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zacarias Cabrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Du Jun in the 23rd minute of play. Donato Sedeni's late challenge caught a Azul Y Plomo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Sedeni helped the player get up and apologised. Donato Sedeni hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Zacarias Cabrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tor Bern could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, Azul Y Plomo's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Guimarães came free, but Zacarias Cabrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Sedeni hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Benji Price stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tor Bern's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After 38 minutes Dromes FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was José Macías who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Azul Y Plomo's Diaz Mota getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Dromes FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Tor Bern scored to the left of an out of position Benji Price, making the score, 2-0. Chiriboga Torres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benji Price read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Raimundo Guimarães made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Lleir in the 57th minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Zacarias Cabrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68thth minute of the game Eduardo Macías who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dromes FC's Benji Price was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
