Pablo Escobar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basri İhtiyar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Jaime Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilla Bumin Hirfanlı, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The supporters of Yalapa booed when Error 404 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Bastian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Error 404's Slawomir Tylenda got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Dino in the 31st minute of play forced Error 404's goalkeeper Jaime Manny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Error 404's Jaime Manny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Error 404 from getting a goal against them. Basri İhtiyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Yalapa got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Ignazio. Wincenty Cwojdak, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

Pablo Escobar might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basri İhtiyar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Escobar ran back to his position shaking his head. Jose Nuno kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Error 404's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Tome came free, but Jaime Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Gall hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Pablo Escobar came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Error 404 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Escobar couldn't finish the play. Yalapa's Basri İhtiyar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Escobar in the 80th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Error 404's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Tome came free, but Jaime Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Error 404's Jaime Manny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Nogueira in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Yalapa were awarded a corner. Diego Armando Junior went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Leonardo Nogueira heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jaime Manny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Gall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yalapa's Diego Armando Junior was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jaime Manny in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Error 404 defense, Diego Armando Junior kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Manny. The Error 404 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Manny should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Yalapa getting a freekick after 97 minutes play.
