With a little luck, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Abelardo Berenguer got control of the ball when Guaberto Bitxintxo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Laurenz Goddez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejandro Valverde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Hu Han Han with Liu Liang Gang as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damian Servando made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Benino in the 61st minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Jacobo Urdin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Laurenz Goddez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Berenguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Candela FC's Damian Servando got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Atlético y Tiro Rqta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Candela FC:s goal. Abelardo Berenguer had in the 74thth minute some difficulties stopping Damian Servando's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Damian Servando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Abelardo Berenguer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the match, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's goal looked a bit too open when Liu Liang Gang came free, but Abelardo Berenguer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Damian Servando came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the La Candela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Servando couldn't finish the play. In the 99th minute, Severino Benino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético y Tiro Rqta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
