In the 22nd minute Rene Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Malo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walmir Catarinense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleto Firmin's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute, Rene Aires made a precise shot to the right of Loco Malo. Lagrima en Jarrita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonello Messias in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walmir Catarinense saved Loco De Remate from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonello Messias in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walmir Catarinense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Lagrima en Jarrita players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
