Maximo Perojo was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Dragón F.C's players had a chance to rest. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tacheros OFF! Rodolfo Anaya had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Dario Betzanos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dario Betzanos might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodolfo Anaya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Betzanos ran back to his position shaking his head. Tacheros OFF's Rodolfo Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Betzanos in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dario Betzanos made a kick off. A collision led to Tacheros OFF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ricardo Ortzi hit a great ball. Rodolfo Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Betzanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Golden Dragón F.C's Maximo Perojo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rodolfo Anaya in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Tacheros OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Javiero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Valentine got free with Hilario Pesquera in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dario Betzanos took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Anaya. Rodolfo Anaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Golden Dragón F.C's Tadeo Olmedilla was substituted for Dario Betzanos. After 81 played minutes Tacheros OFF got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Tabb. Tadeo Olmedilla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodolfo Anaya having to make a save. In the 84thth minute of the game Tadeo Olmedilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacheros OFF's Rodolfo Anaya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Artemio Javiero made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mattin Solbeida however managed to control. In the 89th minute, Tadeo Olmedilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodolfo Anaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 94 minutes into the game, Artemio Javiero threw the ball into play from the sideline. Golden Dragón F.C's Feng Xu Yong quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Golden Dragón F.C had won after a very even match.
