The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Jonatan Maidana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Roberto Eztebe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Rios in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raimond Lenk saved Piratas FC from getting behind. If Lino Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Raimond Lenk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Lino Rios notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk. Raimond Lenk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The AFC FUSION fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when AFC FUSION's Lino Rios looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Lino Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Lino Rios notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk. Raimond Lenk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Damian Precioso made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AFC FUSION's Dawid Beckham. AFC FUSION's Lino Rios got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Constantino Idacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piratas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantino Idacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Eztebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AFC FUSION's attentive Germano Bettencourt managed to snatch the ball when Damian Precioso made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save AFC FUSION from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Piratas FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Damian Precioso hit a great ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Germano Bettencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC FUSION's supporters crossed their fingers, but Germano Bettencourt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Rios was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Piratas FC's Damian Precioso got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Raimond Lenk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lino Rios showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 54 minute of play. With a little luck, Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk got control of the ball when Lino Rios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimond Lenk having to make a save. In the 71st minute, Lino Rios reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raimond Lenk. The goal made the score 0-6. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Jan Hop replaced Wojciech Fiszer. Constantino Idacio struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Roberto Eztebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piratas FC. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Rios in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raimond Lenk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raimond Lenk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. When Lino Rios came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Rios couldn't finish the play. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Idacio in the 87th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Damian Precioso in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFC FUSION's Dawid Beckham. Damian Precioso charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Precioso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Precioso. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimond Lenk having to make a save. Lino Rios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Raimond Lenk made a huge save. AFC FUSION's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
