Ciriaco Macias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meder Muños in the 5th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Intimos de Reynoso's Meder Muños sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciriaco Macias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Meder Muños kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciriaco Macias. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Meder Muños in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Macias saved C.A.Independiente from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Basajaun in the 21st minute of play forced Intimos de Reynoso's goalkeeper Ovidio Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Cristo Basajaun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute Heigo Luiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Roland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Macias made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Meder Muños sent off a good shot on target. Ciriaco Macias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Meder Muños's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 35th minute, Meder Muños ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Macias was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Intimos de Reynoso's Marcus Björkänge got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciriaco Macias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Meder Muños showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 42 minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Meder Muños came free, but Ciriaco Macias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciriaco Macias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meder Muños, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristo Basajaun was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meder Muños in the 53rd minute of play forced C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper Ciriaco Macias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Intimos de Reynoso's Janpier Alvisto was substituted for Marcus Björkänge. Gavril Bosioc made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Heigo Luiga. The audience was convinced that Lope Quijana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Macias was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. The supporters of Intimos de Reynoso booed when C.A.Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Mederi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erez Marica in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Macias saved C.A.Independiente from getting behind. In the 81st minute of the match Intimos de Reynoso got a corner. C.A.Independiente's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diego Armando Faso ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Erez Marica advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-2 in the 81st minute. C.A.Independiente made a substitution. Javier Milei replaced Indiana Jones. Erez Marica made a great header on Intimos de Reynoso's corner, it was just that C.A.Independiente's Ciriaco Macias managed to reach the ball for a save. C.A.Independiente's Ciriaco Macias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erez Marica in the 92nd minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Erez Marica ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Macias was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 97thth minute of the game Erez Marica who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.Independiente's Ciriaco Macias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the C.A.Independiente players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Intimos de Reynoso.
