The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Csongor Tímár in the 9th minute of play. LA LUZ F.C. were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after FrenaHayBache's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Rojek took the corner. After taking down the ball on LA LUZ F.C.'s corner Dawid Rojek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damián Martínez quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Venceslas in the 13th minute of play forced FrenaHayBache's goalkeeper Damián Martínez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Chayo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damián Martínez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miguel Ángel Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Sobczyk's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, LA LUZ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alex Sobczyk came free, but Miguel Ángel Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, FrenaHayBache's goalkeeper Damián Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcial Chayo. 24 minutes into the match, Marcial Chayo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damián Martínez. FrenaHayBache's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcial Chayo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After a rather tough play, FrenaHayBache's Maarten Van Achteren got a free kick in the 30th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maksim Jeknić during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FrenaHayBache booed when LA LUZ F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Venceslas didn't get a good kick on the ball.
