The Rejunte de perros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Armani should have stopped the shot. Serafim Eanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Gaizko in the 41st minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dionisia's goalkeeper Serafim Eanes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Serafim Eanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Errolan in the 77th minute of play. After 84th play minutes Melchor Gregory shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Marcelo Armani and just under the crossbar into goal. Marcelo Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peng Sha Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seyit Sözmen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Serafim Eanes.
