The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ferenc Tököli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Meder Muños's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Meder Muños blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferenc Tököli having to make a save. Meder Muños had several of the Rapsodas Red Devils FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 18 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Ferenc Tököli as he didn't even see the shot coming. With a little luck, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli got control of the ball when Torsten Åkesson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aquiles Castro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Meder Muños scored 2-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferenc Tököli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorrin Briones in the 41st minute of play forced Intimos de Reynoso's goalkeeper Ovidio Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Intimos de Reynoso got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Novaes. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Meder Muños made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Jorrin Briones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ovidio Roland was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Intimos de Reynoso's Lope Quijana was substituted for Pawel Engler. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Ippolit Kolobov replaced Kerim De Bruyne. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Cristiano Salah replaced Jorrin Briones. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Salah in the 59th minute of play forced Intimos de Reynoso's goalkeeper Ovidio Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erez Marica in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Intimos de Reynoso were awarded a corner. Diego Armando Faso went to the cornerflag to take it. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland got control of the ball when Jerrold Taranco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Salah in the 85th minute of play. Ferenc Tököli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lope Quijana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Erez Marica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferenc Tököli was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute Rapsodas Red Devils FC were awarded a corner. Joseph Schwarzfischer went to the cornerflag to take it. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Leonardo Colmenares was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ovidio Roland in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ferenc Tököli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janpier Alvisto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Intimos de Reynoso fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rapsodas Red Devils FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
