Alfred Olsson made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Maximino Gonzalez immediately put the ball in play. In the 15th minute Ismael Cordaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porteño Prowess FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Palermo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Song Yu Chen took the corner. Song Yu Chen made a great header on Porteño Prowess FC's corner, it was just that Palermo's Alfredo Joey managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Bonelli in the 18th minute of play forced Porteño Prowess FC's goalkeeper Beniamin Brodzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beniamin Brodzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Medina, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

In the 60th minute, Pedrão Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Porteño Prowess FC made a substitution. Udalaitz Anel replaced Baltasar Innocenzio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Udalaitz Anel in the 66th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Alfredo Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Udalaitz Anel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Porteño Prowess FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ismael Cordaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredo Joey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. It was a penalty for Palermo! Palermo:s Alfredo Joey showed great skill when he stopped Enrico Barreneche:s penalty. Arkadiusz Glowacki charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arkadiusz Glowacki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Porteño Prowess FC booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Glowacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Palermo made a substitution. Marcelino Chaime replaced Arnoldo Medina. After a rather tough play, Palermo's Arkadiusz Glowacki got a free kick in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Udalaitz Anel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredo Joey. Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Udalaitz Anel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Enrico Barreneche scored 4-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredo Joey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Porteño Prowess FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
