Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Santiago Mino started the match with the kick off. Juan-Ramón Verón succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo's goalkeeper Victorino Francis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Maximino Gonzalez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palermo's Victorino Francis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Ramón Verón in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Palermo's Victorino Francis got control of the ball when Juan-Ramón Verón tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramiro Gabrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Mino in the 22nd minute of play. Victorino Francis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan-Ramón Verón went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ramiro Gabrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Mino in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Berserkers FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Mino came free, but Ramiro Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Palermo's Marcelino Chaime sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramiro Gabrio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victorino Francis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Alzamendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan-Ramón Verón received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Victorino Francis came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan-Ramón Verón slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan-Ramón Verón was the one to do the kick off. Juan-Ramón Verón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Berserkers FC Ψ made a substitution. Olliver Van Meirhaeghe replaced Antonio Alzamendi. Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan Ignacio Circelli was substituted for Juan-Ramón Verón. In the 62nd minute of the game William Bengtsson made a throw-in which Arnoldo Medina played forward. Palermo's Maximino Gonzalez got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Palermo's zone, Juan Ignacio Circelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Francis came out of the goal and Juan Ignacio Circelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan Ignacio Circelli got a free kick in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Juan Ignacio Circelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Victorino Francis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan Ignacio Circelli got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Palermo's Ramiro Gabrio threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnoldo Medina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Palermo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saul Felo in the 94th minute. The corner ended in Saul Felo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Berserkers FC Ψ's Ramiro Gabrio did a great save. Berserkers FC Ψ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
