Argentinean Patriots 1816's Bert Homøe managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Regis Padriña in the 11 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bello Cura in the 13th minute of play forced Deportivo ScrugenFC's goalkeeper Jose Boldu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bello Cura took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Boldu. Jose Boldu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Boldu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bello Cura in the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Lolo Moreno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isidoro Rio. Lolo Moreno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. José Paulo Silveira hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.
