Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Augusto Cordario got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind StardustRevolution's goalkeeper Marcos Burni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Erwin Huygens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Oto, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Erwin Huygens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piara Santo in the 6th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Augusto Cordario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marcos Burni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piara Santo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erwin Huygens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute of the match, Augusto Cordario got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcos Burni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 24 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Piara Santo came free, but Erwin Huygens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erwin Huygens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piara Santo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Erwin Huygens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Ichim in the 31st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filomeno Montrell got free with Marcos Burni in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Velez Sarsfield's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filomeno Montrell in the 34th minute. Velez Sarsfield's Javier Pinola was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcos Burni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Marcos Pacifico fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Velez Sarsfield's protests and gave Marcos Pacifico a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Velez Sarsfield getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Marcos Pacifico hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Ichim in the 43rd minute of play forced Velez Sarsfield's goalkeeper Erwin Huygens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Flavius Ichim notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Velez Sarsfield's Erwin Huygens. Erwin Huygens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the game, Augusto Cordario recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Burni. Augusto Cordario showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3.

The wind increased when Piara Santo made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Augusto Cordario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Burni. StardustRevolution's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Cordario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. StardustRevolution made a substitution. Gabriel Batistuta replaced Piara Santo. Arnoldo Mel got a throw-in 60 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ronan Mistral. Marcos Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Mel, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by StardustRevolution's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filomeno Montrell was slow to take the kick. During this time Velez Sarsfield's players had a chance to rest. Velez Sarsfield:s Erwin Huygens showed great skill when he stopped Nacho Scocco:s penalty. Eduardo Vasco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Erwin Huygens firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gabriel Batistuta came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Erwin Huygens could save by the left post. After 90 played minutes Velez Sarsfield got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Ávila. Velez Sarsfield made a substitution. Yiyo Bernal replaced Marcos Pacifico. Velez Sarsfield's Leandro Berti was substituted for Ignacio Berenguer. Gaston Ávila kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Erwin Huygens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nacho Scocco, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Velez Sarsfield's Erwin Huygens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Velez Sarsfield from getting a goal against them. Silverio Padro kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the game, StardustRevolution's Gabriel Batistuta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erwin Huygens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. StardustRevolution had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
