StardustRevolution's Marcos Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tincho Palermo in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Tincho Palermo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Burni. StardustRevolution's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tincho Palermo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Materos FC's goalkeeper Lazaros Kabantais, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Piara Santo might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lazaros Kabantais. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Piara Santo ran back to his position shaking his head. Los Materos FC's Lazaros Kabantais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piara Santo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match StardustRevolution got a corner. Los Materos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Flavius Ichim ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Gabriel Batistuta managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 29th minute Aaron Molina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Burni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, StardustRevolution's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Furman came free, but Marcos Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piara Santo in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lazaros Kabantais saved Los Materos FC from getting behind. Piara Santo in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lazaros Kabantais, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 39th minute, Piara Santo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lazaros Kabantais. The goal made the score 1-1. When Uygar Orhan fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored StardustRevolution's protests and gave Uygar Orhan a yellow card for diving instead. Uygar Orhan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Piara Santo made the kick off in the second half. Lazaros Kabantais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. StardustRevolution's Delmiro Oto was substituted for Uygar Orhan. Los Materos FC made a substitution. Carlos Larpe replaced Elias Furman. In the 75th minute Piara Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaros Kabantais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Burni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haydar Genişyürek in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Larpe got free with Marcos Burni in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haydar Genişyürek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Burni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Los Materos FC's Marcos Burni threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carlos Larpe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcos Burni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haydar Genişyürek in the 88th minute. Lazaros Kabantais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piara Santo in the 91st minute of play.
