An unexpectedly hard shot by Du Fan Fei in the 16th minute of play forced StardustRevolution's goalkeeper Genaro Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bai Yong Yi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Genaro Montez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Morientes in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the StardustRevolution defense, Karim Morientes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Genaro Montez. The StardustRevolution fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genaro Montez should have stopped the shot. Genaro Montez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Morientes in the 31st minute of play. If Piara Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piara Santo got free with Benicio Larez in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the game, Valhalla F.C.'s Karim Morientes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Genaro Montez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Piara Santo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the StardustRevolution fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piara Santo couldn't finish the play. Genaro Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karim Morientes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The StardustRevolution players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Valhalla F.C. were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piara Santo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, StardustRevolution's Flavius Ichim got a free kick in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karim Morientes got free with Genaro Montez in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute of the match Valhalla F.C. got a corner. StardustRevolution's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bai Yong Yi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vilmundur Sólbergsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Genaro Montez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Valhalla F.C.'s Iker Maldini got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Valhalla F.C.! StardustRevolution made a substitution. Nacho Scocco replaced Delmiro Oto. Valhalla F.C.'s Milio Baca was substituted for Bai Yong Yi. StardustRevolution made a substitution.
