Gong Yang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yao Yang Peng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Ctibor Šich hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Yao Yang Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregório Pimentel in the 9th minute of play. Vidlákov SK's Yao Yang Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jozef Šagáth in the 11th minute of play. Róbert Behúň took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mor Vidlák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Kukova's attentive Zhu Zhen Lin managed to snatch the ball when Jiří Konvalinka made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Vidlákov SK's Yao Yang Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Yang in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Vidlákov SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jiří Konvalinka to maneuver through the defense. Yao Yang Peng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gong Yang went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jozef Šagáth in the 26th minute of play forced Vidlákov SK's goalkeeper Yao Yang Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yao Yang Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Róbert Behúň took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johny Vidlák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes FC Kukova got a freekick which was hit by Zhu Zhen Lin. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jozef Šagáth managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kukova's supporters rose to their feet, but Jozef Šagáth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yao Yang Peng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mor Vidlák was the one to do the kick off. Jozef Šagáth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Yao Yang Peng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gong Yang struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Yao Yang Peng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kukova. Vidlákov SK's Yao Yang Peng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Vidlákov SK from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Vidlákov SK's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Yang came free, but Yao Yang Peng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vidlákov SK's Yao Yang Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jozef Šagáth in the 79th minute of play. Róbert Behúň showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mor Vidlák, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute.
